Medical AI

Medical AI solutions for hospitals and screening programmes

We work with specialist AI developers to bring regulated tools for ophthalmology and radiology to healthcare providers in the region, and we help you choose, integrate and support the right solution for your workflow.

  • Ophthalmology AI: fundus and retinal screening
  • Radiology AI: chest X-ray and lung CT
  • Integration planning, deployment, training and support

Clinical areas

Where AI supports clinicians today

AI tools in these areas are decision-support systems. The clinician remains responsible for diagnosis. Indications, performance and regulatory status depend on the specific product and are confirmed before any proposal.

Ophthalmology AI

Retinal screening at scale

Screening programmes generate far more retinal images than specialists can grade quickly. AI can analyse images at the point of capture and flag those that need an ophthalmologist, helping programmes reach more people.

  • Fundus AIAutomated analysis of colour fundus photographs to flag images for specialist review
  • Retinal screeningSupport for high-volume screening in primary care, diabetes centres and optometry
  • Diabetic retinopathyAvailable where the selected product holds approval for this indication
  • WorkflowCapture, analysis and referral reporting in one pathway

Radiology AI

Support for busy reading rooms

Imaging volumes keep rising while radiologist capacity is limited. AI tools for chest X-ray and lung CT can highlight findings and help prioritise studies, so urgent cases are seen sooner.

  • Chest X-ray AIFlags findings on chest radiographs to help prioritise the reading list
  • Lung CT AIDetection and measurement support for lung nodules and other findings
  • TriageHelps route urgent studies to the top of the worklist
  • ReportingStructured outputs that support, not replace, the radiologist's report

Medical AI integration

How AI fits into your imaging workflow

A conceptual view. Actual integration depends on the AI product and your systems, typically using standards such as DICOM and HL7 or FHIR. We confirm compatibility with your PACS, RIS and HIS vendors during assessment and do not assume it in advance.

    AI solution

Analyses images from the modality or archive

  2. 2

    PACS / RIS

Images and results move through the imaging systems

  3. 3

Questions

Common questions about medical AI

Which AI products do you supply?

We work with specialist developers in ophthalmology and radiology. Because availability and approvals differ by country, we confirm the specific product, its regulatory status and its integration options for your facility before making a proposal.

Will the AI work with our PACS and HIS?

That depends on the AI product and your systems. We check compatibility with your vendors during assessment and plan the integration before deployment. We do not assume compatibility in advance.

Does AI replace the radiologist or ophthalmologist?

No. These tools support clinicians by flagging findings and prioritising work. Diagnosis and reporting remain the clinician's responsibility.
